Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from The Tan Base. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchange up till 7 days from the delivery date. This holds unless discussed otherwise and if the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • The package must include the original sales receipt.
  • Items can only be exchanged or returned for a refund in the country in which they were purchased.
  • Items purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
  • A refund will be issued if the return is accepted, and customers will either get a cheque or a transfer of funds to their account.

The Tan Base allows cancellation of an order, no questions asked, as long as the cancellation is done within 24 hours of placing the order.

In case the products delivered are not in the required condition, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel. You can inform us by writing in and sending a picture of the shipment/product at feedback@thetanbase.com. Or else, speak to us at 91-9810676081. Our representatives will get back to you within 24 working hours to resolve your grievances.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products from The Tan Base are covered by a 30-day warranty. The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. After the merchandise is returned to the proper address, it will be inspected, evaluated, replaced, returned or credited in a timely manner.

REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be made in the same form in which payment was received with 7 working days.
